By default, Outlook only stores emails for 1 year, but you can adjust the time period.
	- In Outlook, go to File in the top navigation and select Info on the left.
 

	- On the main part of the page, select Account Settings.
 

	- You will get a dropdown menu, select Account Name & Sync Settings.
 
	- A popup window will appear. Now move the slider to the right by dragging it with your mouse.
 

	- Click Next and then click Done.
